The next new product of the Chinese brand Hozon Neta is the mid-size electric crossover Neta X. Let us remind you that at the moment the line includes three crossovers (Aya, U and V), as well as two sedans (S and GT). The design of the new product corresponds to the latest family style; the front part of the crossover has a split headlight design. Hozon Neta X at its debut in 2023 is presented in a single power variant, in which it is equipped with an electric motor with a capacity of 163 horsepower. The range is 400 or 500 km depending on the battery.

The new electric car is equipped with a 9-inch virtual instrument panel and a fairly decent diagonal (16-inch) touchscreen multimedia system that supports remote control, voice recognition with continuous dialogue and OTA updates. There is wireless charging for smartphones. The absence of the usual transmission control selector on the tunnel (it is located on the steering column) allowed for more storage space in the central area. The Neta X's cabin features extensive leather surfaces, soft-touch materials, and an overall "cabin softness rating" noted to be 80%. The air conditioning system already in the basic version of the X400 Lite is equipped with climate control and rear air ducts, and there are heated exterior mirrors.

Hozon Neta X was equipped with an electric motor with a maximum power of 120 kW and a torque of 210 Nm. Acceleration from zero to 100 km/h occurs in 9.5 seconds. The CLTC range of the version equipped with a 55.8 kWh battery is 401 km, which can satisfy the basic needs of a city dweller. The more autonomous variant gets a 68.2 kWh battery, which increases the range to 501 km. The electric car supports fast charging, which allows you to charge the battery from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

The Hozon Neta X's suite of active safety systems includes 19 high-precision sensors, cameras and sensors, providing a total of 23 driving assistance functions: full-speed adaptive cruise control, panoramic view, rear cross-traffic monitoring, one-button smart parking "and parking with remote control, monitoring the driver's attention, etc. However, this kit is not available in the simplified Lite specifications, which only have standard active safety systems: ABS, ESP, hill-descent assist, regular cruise control, rear parking sensors. In addition, Lite versions do not have side airbags or curtain airbags.
