Volkswagen ID.3 is a tall hatchback, not quite close to a crossover, but not as low as the electric firstborn of the Golf concern.

The newest design features of the ID.3 electric car are glass LED headlights, obscured to invisibility, when the electric car is turned off and awakening when it is turned on. In general, optics, almost the main thing in an electric car that is highlighted when, on charging, highlights the door handles, and the front headlights even escort and meet the driver with a look. 

The Volkswagen ID.3 is based on the MEB platform, a universal base that could be the basis for several of the company's new electric vehicles. The body of an electric car, as it were, is connected to the platform and is an individual unit, with its own special space and layout in the cabin.

Inside the Volkswagen ID.3 is a "feast" of digital technologies - no buttons or mechanics, everything is controlled by sensors. The steering wheel only nominally resembles the former control element, it, like everything else in the cabin, is equipped with sensors and is able to press into the panel when the electric car is driving in autonomous driving mode. There are many places in the cabin, but it is designed only for four passengers.
